These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website inventorymod.com and the inventory management platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by InventoryMod ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

InventoryMod provides a free, cloud-based inventory management platform that enables users to:

• Track product stock across multiple warehouses
• Manage product stock and track movements
• Export inventory data in various formats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all inventory data, product information, and business data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for any other purpose except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Data Export and Portability

You may export Your Data at any time through the platform's built-in export features. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export Your Data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• InventoryMod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if applicable).
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InventoryMod, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sales@inventorymod.com. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InventoryMod operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
